Cancellation Policy

GLOW & BUILD Bundle Terms & Conditions Bundle Usage GLOW & BUILD bundles are available in blocks of 5 or 8 sessions. All sessions must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred. Cancellations Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with at least 6 hours’ notice will have the session credited back to your bundle for future use. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session start time will result in the session being forfeited and deducted from your bundle. Failure to attend a booked session without notice (no-show) will also result in the session being forfeited and deducted from your bundle. Refunds & Transfers Bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another participant. By purchasing a GLOW & BUILD bundle, you agree to these terms and conditions.
