Service Description
This beginner-to-intermediate class introduces you to resistance training using both machines and free weights, designed to help you build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive, structured environment. What you’ll learn: Form & Technique Understand the fundamentals of proper form to help prevent injury and ensure each exercise is effective and purposeful. Bodyweight Exercises Learn functional movements such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, and push-ups. Gain an understanding of which muscles are being worked and how to modify intensity through tempo and control. Gradual Progression Work with light weights, resistance bands, and accessible training methods that allow your body to adapt safely. The focus is on mastering movement before increasing intensity. Core Stability Explore how core strength contributes to your overall balance, posture, and stability during your workouts. What’s Included: A workbook to track your progress and support learning. Cancellation Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session, it will be considered forfeited. Missed sessions cannot be carried over. No refunds will be granted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
